Change company name registration - Thailand (both with seal or withou seal)

Service fee for change the company name (with seal or without seal) is Baht 10,000.

Scope of services is covering:

• To issue invitation letter for shareholder meeting including advertisment in local newspaper to comply with the law.
• To register at DBD its modification of company's name (with/ without company seal) which including;
  • To reserve company's name (new company name).
  • To create or build a new company seal (if requested).
  • To prepare and arrange the registration form for your signing.
  • To register at DBD office.

Procedure and Timeline

Our procedure will be completed within 4 days (if not proceed for legal process) if prefer to set up the shareholders' meeting will finish within 15 days.

Timeline	Procedures
Day 1	STEP 1. To reserve the company name, normally will be approved within 3 working days.
Day 3	STEP 2. We prepare the registration form and you can sign in the same day.
Day 4	STEP 3. We register at DBD office and will be finished within the day.

Required documents: Provided by you

1. Copy of the Director’s ID card (if Thai nationality) or Passport ( If foreigner),3 sets.
2. Copy of House registration of director(s) 2 sets.
3. Original of PP.01, PP09 with 2 copies. 
4. Original Tax.ID card with 2 copies.
5. Original VAT certificate (PP.20) with 2 copies.
6. The old seal (if any).
