Secretarial services rate start as below:

Usage of office address and handling mails. Our fee for 1st month 5,000 Baht, 2nd month onwards 3,000 Baht.

Option 3. Active Company (in Operation) with assistance in financial function

Accounting and tax service fee start at rate Baht 7,000 per month.
Secretarial services rate start as below:

Contact Bank, Invoicing, Billing, Collection, payment to vendor or supplier and etc, (For the scope of clerical business work), our fee for 1st month is Baht 20,000 and 2nd onwards start at rate Baht 15,000 per month depend on size of business.
- Using our address for registration is Baht 12,000 per year.
- Using own fix line telephone, rental charge is Baht 1,500 per 1 line telephone.
Remark: For case of setting up company in Thailand, our service fees do not include:
- Government fee for company registration, for the first Baht 1 million capital is Baht 6,500 and every Baht 1 million increase in capital, government fee is Baht 5,050 each capital increased.
- Case of request to hold shares by foreigner 100% by Foreign Business Act or under BOI or Under Treaty of Amity, the fee for its registration will be charged later.
- Consulting fee for shares hold by Thai 51%.
- Auditing fee will be charged for case of active (operate) company, the fee upon the business’s size and volume.
- Other services; case of request will be charged by actual rate.
